Returns & Exchanges

 We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. 

To qualify for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.


 Returns 

Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Bauhound is not responsible for improperly packaged, damaged or lost returns. We will not issue a refund for damaged or lost products. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product only.


 Exchanges 

For items you wish to exchange, please follow the return instructions above, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Please note shipping charges are not covered in the exchange.


 What about sale items? 

Unfortunately, all sale purchases are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
